Deadline for Parenting Order Applications

Please be aware there are less than six weeks left until the deadline for Parenting Order applications ahead of the Christmas period, now is the time to act.

If you need to formalise your parenting arrangements with the Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia, please be aware applications must be filed by 4:00pm on Friday, 14 November 2025.
