I joined the Family Law Team at Solari & Stock in October 2022.
After earning a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Queensland in 2005, I was admitted as a Legal Practitioner the following year. My professional journey began with practice in both Family and Criminal Law, before I dedicated myself exclusively to Family Law upon relocating to New South Wales in 2010.
In 2018, I pursued my passion for family law further by completing a Masters in Applied Law (Family Law) and further fulfilled the rigorous training requirements to serve as an Independent Children’s Lawyer. In alignment with our firm’s values, I have cultivated expertise in Collaborative Practice and maintain active membership in the Southern Sydney Collaborative Professionals Inc.
Throughout my career, I have experienced all aspects of Family Law matters including:
- divorce proceedings
- complex financial dispute resolution
- parenting arrangements
- spousal maintenance
- child-support negotiations
- de facto relationship matters
- Pre-Nuptial Agreements and Financial Agreements.
Family Law clients go through emotionally challenging periods, and I feel fortunate to be able to guide them with both empathy and practical wisdom. The smiles and relief on client’s faces at the end of the emotional rollercoaster and the positivity that they walk away with at the end makes me continue working in the law. My primary focus is to negotiate optimal outcomes outside the courtroom. However, when litigation becomes necessary, I will ensure my clients’ interests are represented with both conviction and strategic finesse.
When I step away from legal practice, I cherish quality time with my family, particularly my two sons. My personal passions include international travel, culinary exploration and Bollywood dance.
