This morning our team at Solari and Stock got together in support of RU OK? Day for breakfast and a chat with Joel Curtis from Endeavour Wellness. This year the message for RU OK? Day is ‘No qualifications needed’, reminding us that you don’t need to be qualified to check in with a mate or work colleague. Just a simple show of support can be all that is needed to help someone get through an otherwise difficult time, because a conversation could change a life.Thank you Joel, I know everyone was able to benefit from our time together this morning.
